SD Digital Transmitter
- Microprocessor-controlled amplitude modulated transmitter
w/ continuously variable calibrated output power from 10
to 250 watts
- Operational frequency ranges continuously variable from
190 kHz to 1800 kHz.
- FET switching technology in the power amplifier, modulator,
and the high and low voltage regulator modules resulting
in an extremely efficient system
- Motorola ColdFire ® microprocessor designed specifically
for efficient embedded systems Utilizes modern Direct Digital
Synthesis (DDS) technology to create the audio and radio
frequencies used by the RF Section
- Beacon operation is program controlled and monitored
